I've never been asked to pay for the bullet before. I didn't realise how lucky I was.

Feast your eyes upon this page of Pasa treats Karen: http://www.pasakebap.com/pasa_kebap_menu.php?sayfa=2

The special is on there, it's difficult to explain, sort of a meaty cheese topped thing further atopped with yoghurt. Best advice, order one when you are next in town  :)

The pasa special is also a favourite of mine, Its like kebabs wrapped in pita type bread, and arranged in a circle around the plate, smothered with melted cheese and a dollap of yoghurt placed in the middle

I also love Iskender Kebab Which is ok at Pasa but a bit greasy and heavy, Bursa Iskender opposite the PTT in Fethiye is the best place for that

If Pasa isn't open at that time most of the Lokantas surrounding the Otogar will be.
