Title: condominium rules

Good afternoon . I'm wondering if anyone on the site 100% knows the answer to my question please.  Can a none owner of an apartment be a member of the site board . I know its possible and allowed for a manager but not 100% sure as a board member.  Appreciate your help.

On a previous site we were on non owners were elected to the Board. Lawyer was present at AGM.

My wife's name is our Tapu at Violet but I am the current elected Deputy Bashkan and have been for two years.
