Would anyone know the easiest way to get to Sugar beach from Calis and approx how long it takes to get there?
Thanks :)
-
you have to use the migros mainroad and keep on going to the mainroad oludeniz than at the bottom end in ölüdeniz turn right and keep right. about 300m on the left side is sugar beach. from çalis 20-25mins.

Thanks for the info. Is there a Dolmus that takes you direct or would you need to change in fethiye. Or is it easier to get there by Taxi?
Thanks

from Calis, go to Fethiye and get on the Olu Deniz bus, takes an hour at the most.
-
Once you get off the Dolmus in Olu, go to the Help Bar, about 50 yds along the front, they run a free mini bus to the Sugar Beach club. They are both owned by the same person.

thanks for that Firo, I didn't know that either
-

oludeniz dolmus from fethiye and at ölüdeniz go right after 200-300m on the left side is sugar.

Hi
Have done it myself and it is so easy. You get off one dolmus straight on to the next. No problems.
-
D0N'T get off the dolmus at Oludeniz....stay on it and ask the driver for Sugar Beach or Hotel Meri if you want Billy's Beach and they will drop you off. You will not be charged for this:D Make sure you are not on the OD/Faralya bus though as it goes in the opposite direction, it will be clearly marked on the windscreen and they are not frequent like the OD ones. :)

has anyone been to Faralya, is it worth going?

Its a fantastic drive up there....we didnt find much to do once there, but we only got as far as the Watermill, which is a superb setting. Not sure if there is anything else to Faralya..would be interested to know too...

I'm going back afew years (6)but there was a restaurant/
pension up there called 'Georges place' which serves vegetarian
food we had a fabulous meal laid out for us everything is cooked
fresh from their garden which overlooks Butterfly Valley, the views
are stunning, the cost was 4tl I would be interested to know if its
still there, Oh and by the way I'm not vegetarian I just enjoy good
food :)

There was also another small restaurant right at the end of the road
where the food was very good there was also a path next to it down to a secluded bay
