Not sure if this is the right place but I spoke to Bekir at Eren Spot today and he said that several people had come into the shop to ask if he was closing down.
Just to set the record straight Bekir IS NOT closing down. He has been trading there for 10 years and intends to trade for many years longer. Guess this is yet another one dished out from the rumour machine ;)

Well that's good mews, best shop in fethiye for house hold goods:D

Chrissie
There is no surprise to the rumour that Bekir/Eren Spot is closing down. He is after all a very successful and highly trusted and respected man.
I can't imagine Fethiye without Eren spot, and I doubt I'll ever have to.

Last year we won the tabletop water cooler in the Promises auction donated by Eren Spot. When we eventually got to collect it, he had none left (they had all been sold) so he gave us a large all singing all dancing water cooler instead! What a lovely man!

Unlikely Laffs, I'm sure there are many in Calis who will be talking about me for decades to come, such is my great mystique and popularity, coupled with their dull and pointless lives.
Long may it continue :D

Lynne, I didn't realise that you had an upgrade on the water cooler -well done and big thanks to Bekir. He has kindly donated an 1800w Wet and Dry vacuum cleaner for next week's charity auction - like you say what a lovely guy :)

we bought from Bekir 5 years ago and very recently again for our new house. Reliable and reasonably priced then as now. Definitely recommmend his shop.
