It seems that there is a communications gap between the visitors and the owners of the facilities. If you are in the tourism business , you have to please the customers in order to earn money. One or two shop owners might not know how , but what are all the authorities then doing ? The tourism officials , belediye , tourism organisations and chambers of hoteliers , restaurants , bars and other businesses etc keep on complaining every year that their businesses are going worse year by year , but can't find proper solutions. The main reason is , that they try to solve the problems emotionally rather than logically , I think ; this is the turkish way of solving problems.
