Has anything happened at the Seketur yet - is it still standing or has work on the new hotel started ?

Definitely nothing happening there for this season.

I was told by a reliable source (nearby restaurant proprietor    ;) ) that it would remain untouched for maybe 2 years along with another hotel on the front bought by the same group.

Have heard that same group, Ozyer, had bought the Letoon hotel and also the big house or whatever it is next to it. Seketur looked shut up when I passed it a few days ago, will it open this year?
