Boxes of "BERLIN" German beer piled up in Kipa ( I saw this morning ). 50 cc cans for 2.20 TL .

The only decent beer out of Berlin is Schulteiss!

It may have Berlin on the can but it is brewed in Greece.:D

Might be a good idea for the summer to fill the swimming pool ; lots of ice needed though.

This is quite a nice beer a lot nicer than efes plus alot cheaper.[:o)]

Today I was in Kipa. They had re-erected the Berlin Wall.

Genpa have now started to sell Russian beer.They have 50cl bottles of Baltika beer(No.7,a 5.4% pale lager)at 3.75tl.Baltika brewery based in St.Petersburg is apparently Europe's second largest brewery.

My husband likes Berlin Beer and like Lance thinks it is better than Efes and not so gassy.

Libra, were they on sale[?] Went this morning but couldn't find any. New promotions start tomorrow, maybe they will be out then.

Anyone come across a good alternative to Efes. Apart from Hieneken, that is.
