I can recommend this company Run by a young man called Engin Fersiz who speaks excellent English. Their website is www.fethiyepropertyservices.com and you will see that they can can handle just about everything concerned with your property. He is very speedy.....he took six minutes this morning to attend to my call for a plumber to fix a non urgent leak! He does not double his prices because you are Yabanci either. This is the second time I have had occasion to use his services and have been equally pleased on both occasions. :)

Hi All
Maybe Scunner can also put something in here, or maybe an alternative. This website is very good, and it could be a "one stop shop". Not impossible but basically it's what I do but on a smaller scale and it's not easy.
But like a restaurant with only two cookers and a microwave it's difficult to give the quality if they have 100 items on the menu.
Any other recommendations.

Quite obviously he would not do every single service himself, but to have a team he can call on for specialist services to sort out any problem you may have does make life easy. If you read this Forum regularly you will see request after request....who does this who does that.....He will oversee any job that is done and is ultimately responsible for what is done. I for one am happy to give him a call for whatever is required and know it will get done. Two cookers and a short menu does not guarantee it will be good. :)

No probs, Im not doubting you, as I said a one stop shop is what Im looking for. But that was very difficult in Turkey when I used to live there.
So I just wondered if there are more recomendations.

I can also highly recommend Engin Fersiz from Fethiye Property Services. Unfortunately we had an attempted break in last week. Luckily one of our guests was awake at 5am, and managed bang on the window that the burglar was trying to jemmie, and this scared him off, but we were all shaken and concerned by this. Anyway, I remembered this post, and the advert in the Land of Lights, so at 9am I called Engin. Within an hour he was at our villa, and by the end of the day his team had installed window locks, and security lights. He also helped to install some other security items that I had not purchased from him! His prices are reasonable, and his English, and overall professionalism is superb. I will be doing business with Engin again for sure.

WE have used Engin this week due to the trusted review of my mate Brian. We are not dissapointed. He really knows his stuff and what a nice guy. His team have been repairing our neighbours roof and a roof terrace which was built badly in the first place. His men have been here from 9 a.m. this morn ing and are still here now at 9 p.m. because they need to get the tiles re laid in the bathroom and kitchen.He has kept us informed all along the way as to what is going on. This is a very big job because the rain has caused considerable damage to the downstairs properties. He quoted an excellent price. I will certainly use him again. Fethiye properties.

Glad you gave Engin a try and so pleased you were happy to use him. We used him again this week to supply and fit two Mosquito screens to one of our bedrooms......Just 35TL each. Some friends were so impressed they had two fitted as well and while their job was being done their neighbours ordered three to be done as well!
Engin does a first class job and he will definitely NOT rip you off :)

We agree with all the above comments regarding Fethiye Property Services. Engin has been a great help to us in the last few weeks. The work that his workmen have done on our villa at Ciftlik has been very professionally carried out and he has overseen it every step of the way. We also will not hesitate to use him and his company again in the future.

And YES - we used him yesterday after seeing the mosquito screens at Tribalelders - we had 3 fitted and then as he said our neighbour had 3 fitted this morning and they were here at 9am - as promised.
Engin - came and watched over the work and they even fixed 2 of my windows as they had to be lifted slightly to close them!!! :)

Yes, I was also very pleased with the work completed for my mosi nets.
It's good to have another reliable contact for certain jobs, so Engin is another name who can be trusted to do as he say, and at the original quote.
