Did you have any luck with your last cooking request Lance? You were missing the taste of Cemen :D
-
it might be worth having a look at the farmers market on a friday Lance.

Lance the kisnis is variable in supply so I find it easiest to bulk buy coriander when its in the market. Then chop and freeze it in portions wrapped in clingfilm twists.

For the equivalent of Cayenne pepper look at the powdered red peppers and ask for the ACI one, the other being tatli - the i's being the undotted variety or 'er' (without the r)

Hi,
another place to buy fresh coriander is at the fruit and veg stalls at the fish market, it was the only place i could find it after visiting the markets everyday of the week.
-
Fresh coriander is in very short supply here ,there is a stall on the sunday market that sells it at the beginning of the season just for a couple of weeks .
Im trying to grow my own at the moment
