Does anyone have the link to the Turkish website which lists the medicines available from Eczanes, with their prices.
I was prescribed a cream a few days ago and, when I went to collect from the chemist, was given a price of 48tl, which I thought a bit pricey. Yesterday I heard from a friend that the chemist I'd gone to is more expensive than others in the region - but I'd thought that the Government set the prices of medicines so would like to check the list to see if he was quoting me the correct price.
Thanks in advance.

Normally the price is on the end of the box.

The prices are not always on the box, the link you are looking for is here..

Yes thanks Phil - that's exactly what I was looking for....and having checked the price of my medication, see that the Chemist I went to wasn't overcharging at all, it really is 48tl!

That is a brilliant link Philrose did not know it existed, can not believe the price of a medication I am on compared to Uk prices, really cheap in Turkey but need the green prescription so does not work out quite so cheap:(

Wow - love it - didn't know it existed

I was over a couple of weeks ago and popped into my local friend and chemist to buy some antibiotics for dad, on speaking with him I was told that prices will no longer be on the packets and at the min chemists can charge what they want. Antibiotics will also not be sold very soon without a prescription unless the chemist is your mate of course there is always a way round it in Turkey:D

Does anyone have any idea when the new law regarding antibiotics will be coming into effect please :)
