I should also mention that sometimes the Kat Mulkiyeti box is empty but the typed on text of the tapu confirms it is in place. Having an empty Kat Mulkiyeti box isn't automatically a disaster - see if you can spot the words in the body of the tapu. That bit of advice is on me  ;)
