But the days are getting longer so the house stays warmer a bit longer.

Post by: Scunner on January 31, 2014, 18:53:56 PM: Yaniklar is on the coast around 15 minutes closer to Dalaman than Calis/Fethiye - you'll have passed the Yaniklar signs every time you have had an airport transfer. I suppose it is walkable from Calis, I wouldn't try though :)

We thought that was as far as you can go. Is it far past there, and do you have to skirt around the forest, staying close to the sea. There were several streams in the way, as far as we could see. ;D

It is still quite a way from where you mean. Probably just over half way.
Nothing when you get there, turn right just after tuana and walk up to main road for dolmus back to calis.
In summer dolmus goes down to Tuana.

We were really fed up by the time we got to Tuana that we were not allowed on the beach or to get a drink, so we got on the dolmus back to Fethiye, and as it did it's loop we saw somewhere open to the riff raff like us. I loved the walk by the river but don't know that I would do it too often.
