I employed a builder to convert my basement in 2012 unfortunately the work he did was poor and resulted in a damp problem. This year a builder called ulas yavbuz has corrected the poor work and has done a fantastic job. He kept me up to date with the work he was doing and sent regular photos. The basement is as dry as a bone and the work has been completed to a very high standard. This man has restored my faith in builders.

Has your rescued basement survived a winter Penny?
Lots of people suffer with damp in their basements and even their ground floor walls so I am sure there may be some interest from others if it's stood the test of the winter months.

I am quietly confident but will let you know when winter arrives.
