Fast forward  ten years and it’s time for another “big” birthday celebration.

This time I had arranged for friends to join us on a sunset cruise on Sukru’s (Sugar) boat.

The present Mrs H knew nothing of this of course as I had told her we were going to a “fancy” water front restaurant in Fethiye.

It became increasingly difficult to keep up the pretence because we had to walk a far old distant to where Sukru’s boat  was moored and we were walking AWAY from all the restaurant.

We eventually made it though and when Brenda arrived and went up the gangway she found all the guest were wearing celebrity masks so initially she had no idea who was who.

Needless to say a splendid evening ensued which I am fairly sure our everyone enjoyed.

Sukru was the perfect host and if you want a special trip on a special occasion – he is definitely your man.

The surprise is sprung and the birthday girl seems happy.

Great photos to see again. I remember laughing at then in your original post. The masks looked brilliant. x

We still talk about that night John, poor Brenda facing us lot!  I think Billy was Ozzy Osbourne?  I was Sharron and Ozzy was constantly calling me 'Sharrooonnnn - clear up this dog mess!'
