TV star Leslie Grantham, who had recently returned to the UK for treatment after living in Bulgaria, died this morning aged 71.

He had not long finished filming something about the krays. I must admit back in 1985/86 I was gripped to Eastenders, can't say I've watched any of the soaps in years.
