Download the software and install it (it`s completely safe), click on "start" > "progams" > "sopcast" > "website"
Wait till the website has loaded properly then click on the station you want to watch (star sports & espn sports are best for football) wait 2 or 3 minutes for it to buffer.
Click on the button right, bottom of the small screen and it will open up in windows media player (if you have it installed & it`s your default player) right click & open it in full screen and Hey Presto.

cant find anywhere it says download. Alan

Click on a stream and it will tell you to download sopcast, if it says download any other program, go back and click on a different stream until you get sopcast.

Once you have downloaded Sopcast, do you have to open it with winzip?
evaluation version?
