Hi Lisann, Just to bring everyone up to date, my pc has now been back to the shop 7 times!!! Two weeks ago it started making strange noises, (not particularly unusual) but these were even stranger than the normal ones so once again back to the Gold Shop. Surprise, surprise my hard drive had broken!!! Not bad for a brand new pc only 9 weeks old!! They decided to fit another but stressed that this new one was 7 US Dollars more expensive ....... and your point is?

? Needless to say the extra wasnt paid, but on returning home the problems were exactly the same and I'm extremely lucky if I can get it to stay on 30 mins without crashing and re-booting. My next ploy is to have a word with our solicitor to see if we have any chance of recovering the substantial ammount that we paid out for this load of CR**!!!!!! Watch this space and once again AVOID THIS SHOP!!!!!

You think your bad, I am new to this and dot commed to the eyeballs, getting there though,I might even ask Scunner for some lessons when I go out there, It will save me doin his head in. good luck with your pc.

yes i know how your feeling ingol angel.they are so ignorant in that shop.they will never fix it for you they just keep makin you buy things to make money.anyway hope you do manage to get it fix some way or another unlike mine.good luck!!
