I bought mine on Calis seafront from someone walking along the prom with them in September

You can buy them from a shop called sumerbank which is on the back road behind the fish market.

Thanks for all the replies. Bought one today from the clothes shop next to the Bin Cesit shop which is on the corner opposite the sign that displays the temperature in Fethiye. They have them hanging outside and have all different sizes. My medium sized one was 7.50 YTL. The turkish name for them is Bayrak  8)
