« on: December 27, 2007, 19:41:22 PM »
Has anyone the receipe for the lovely sweet creamy Turkish rice pudding we had in the summer ?  :) I have been told it is called " Sutlach" or sounds like that. Is there a receipe that i can adapt for the uk.My 12 year old son is driving me mad asking for it:P
Thanks

You cant beat a home made rice pudding and for me the skin is the best thing. As the eldest of six kids, I was always allowed to scrape all the skin that stuck around the edge of the dish. Mmm i can taste it now, think I'll ring my mother to make me one.  :)
