You can never be 100% sure as the same name can be used more than once, but the ORKA Apartments I know in Calis Beach are behind Seaside Villas, at the far end of the prom near the Dolmus station.
They are only about a minute's walk from the prom, and I'd reckon 10 minutes walk from the Dolphin Roundabout. If you started at the Dolphin roundabout and headed to the prom and turned right, and they left Orka Apartments to their end of the prom and walked up, I reckon you'd meet pretty much right in the middle of the the promenade.
