hay people i am new here and i would like to know about calis beach i have been going gumbet bodrum for 4 years and me and my boyfriend need a change i dont know much about calis or fetiye or hisaronu so could you fill me in please

Bebek, give Calis a try I have been going for 3 years now with wife and 2 kids and it is really relaxing place. If you want to get out and do something there is always plenty to do in surrounding regions. ie. boat trips, jeep safaris, water park etc.

Unless your boyfriend is Turkish he won't be able to work anywhere in Turkey.
Calis is nothing like Gumbet, thank goodness -it's a lot quieter & more relaxing.
You need to read lots of posts on here to get the feel of the place.

Fethiye - Shops and market (bars and restaurants)
Ovacik - Lots of villas and hotels and not much else
Hisaronu - Loads of lively bars and barmen waiting for the english girls to arrive.......
Olu deniz - Beach resort
Calis - Beach, restaurants and not so Hisaronu bars.
