Does anyone have, or know of, a property that is unfurnished and could be rented for a year or 2 (or indeed 3, who knows)?

Ideally a ground floor 2 bed apartment, not too far from the centre of Calis.

I can vouch for the person who is looking - clean & presentable, mature and reliable.
