We saw something familiar from a few years back today - Falcon pacing the front of a promenade restaurant

As reported earlier, he is back and has taken over Bambu, and really weird to see him out front again. He showed me architect's drawings for the refurb of the restaurant and frontage, and it will scare other prom restaurants to death - it will look magnificent.

Without doubt the best front of house man in the history of Calis, and it is brilliant to see him back doing what he does best

Further announcements will follow, he has a lot planned - we'd like to wish him all the best.

What about Murat at Calis Beach Scunner he has got to be some kind of Calis icon eh!!

Couldn't agree more Scunner. We always enjoyed Falcon's company when he was at the restaurant.

A lovely, lovely man and we look forward to seeing him at Bambu in the summer.

Has anyone a photo of Falcon please? Can't quite put a face to the name $:-\$
Haven't been able to get over for about 18 months, but very pleased to hear Murat is still at Calis Beach. Are he and Selin (from Mendos Hotel) married now do you know?

They are both lovely people.

I believe he is the best restaurant manager in Fethiye and happy to hear that there is a good place that we can go now.

Will be great to see Falcon back on Calis Beach Prom - Hope the refurb will be ready soon - out end of April !
