Webcams again

Sorry to have to bring this subject up again as i know it has been covered many times,however have recentley bought a new laptop pc and now i find i am unable to view from the Fethiye belediyesi webcams all i am getting is a black screen telling me its loading then nothing,i seem to remember some time ago that a piece of software was required to make it function correctley? if so do any of members out there know whare i get this software from?

I dont often post but i do often visit the CBF forum.

you should be a forest ,coming from Nottingham , i think the web cams are down at the moment ,have been trying for weeks ,regards to the woods Calvin
