I've read that post a few times now and I'm still confused. Is it a bad thing to be 'caught' with lots of food then?

We go to the shanghai blues also. used to thik the dragonara was better if more expensive, however last year we were dissappointed with the dragonara as there was very little meat in the dishes.

scunner, the article in the newspaper was saying that there had been meat from unknown sources, which was not labelled and kept in unhygeinic conditions found in the restaurant and at various other sites. It has been taken away for investigation as it was not clear what kind of meat it was.

I went off the Dragonara last year as every meal seemed to consist of a lot of undercooked peppers and onions and very little meat!

Dragonara's is our first port of call every holiday and we've never had a bad meal there.  Certainly didn't notice any problems with a lack of meat in the meals - they were first class as always.

Dragonara, expensive, small tasteless portions and rude staff. I asked for menu in YTL prices and he said no, use the exchange rate published outside (2.35 as opposed to Nationwide 2.48)

I would have left but had my parents with me and didn't want to spoil their night. Never again. Sayonara, dragonara (Yes, I know its Japanese)

Similar experience with us Dave in May 2006,  had a  big altercation with the  manager  in  his office  with  the  bill, YTL / Sterling  scam... never  went  there again... and then we discovered  Shangai Blues       mmmmmmmmmmmmm    far superior in every respect
