sorry for the blunder that you have kindly pointed out. it is the chill out restraurant at the bottom of the hill of the babadag road

So is the Chill Out the same bar/restaurant as the Relax bar?

no the relax bar is not the same as the chill out bar my post was for the chill out bar and restraurant sorry about that
