Hi
Has anybody stayed at the Yasaroglu Hotel? Is it nearer to Ovacik than Hisaronu? Also, is there anthing around or is it very remote? :)
Thanks
Jen x

Jen,
Its on the main road from Fethiye to Hisaronu actually in Ovacik.
I would guess about 20 mins walk into Hisaronu.
There are a few bars, supermarkets & restaurants within 5 mins walk from memory.

As bewza said it is located in Ovacik so NOT the middle of nowhere, with plenty of restaurants, shops etc. in the vicinity  8)

You dont even need to go to Hisaronu - there are plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from within a few minutes walk - and cheaper than Hisaronu. We "discovered" Ovacik whilst out last week, and have decided that in future we will give H a miss and stick to Ovacik of an evening.

sorry linda but 20 min walk to hisarano means you have to pass 20 resturantes trying to get you business by the time you get to the roundabout you wished you had just gone to bims.

I agree with Sue Mac .... why even go to Hisaronu with so much choice in Ovacik. Jinky ...... the point I was making is that the hotel is not in the middle of nowhere - with over 20 restaurants to choose from how can it be [?] 8)

If you walk the back roads it is a shorter journey into Hisaronu and you can avoid all the restaurants that way if you really want to.

Well said sue mac and Linda...Ovacik has plenty of bars and restaurants...no need to go into hisaronu at all....most are cheaper than H and theres not the same "hassling you" to come in and eat or drink as there is in H....so more pleasurable all round:D..how jinky can say Ovacik is in the middle of nowhere beggers belief[?] :o
