sorry haven,t replied to you all been busy last few days, thanks for all the advice.  Rang British consulate in Fethiye, said has to pay before he can leave, but has no money, as his x partner never sent him the rentals for his villa so catch 22, he even thought of stowing away on a boat. Old law was leave and if want to come back must pay fine first at Turkish consulate in England and get visa from there but now if can,t pay, court and maybe prison, great
