A litle advise my apartment (along with 7 others)will be 5 years old next year and the building gaurantee will expire.
During the last few years we have had a few repairs carried out but nothing substantail, therefore is there a policy which can be taken out for building maintenance and can the existing building/apartments be assesed for repairs before the guarantee runs out.
Has anyone done this before, obviously we need to obtain other owners agreement before we could commence with this.
