bloody low water bill!

Apologies for raising this in Uzumlu forum too but it is Uzumlu water!

Just received my first water bill

270cu m
Total bill....28.54 lira!
I assume this is a mistake as I filled the pool twice and was expecting a bill of about 300 lira

270 cu m should cost you around 432 lira!!   You have been charged for around 18 cu m!!!  I would pay it as soon as you can (can't pay until the date on the bill, July)  before they realise the mistake.  Good luck!!

We are not in uzumlu,but in Calis. However it was my understanding that water is charged at 1tl per cubic metre,plus a small service charge.That should make your bill 270 tl plus the service charge.But uzumlu may be dif!good luck

Uzumlu is different, annoyingly so.  If you have a pool it is 1.5tl for a cubic metre plus a local tax for garbage collection plus kdv, this works out roughly at 1.79tl per cubic metre.  If you do not have a pool it is 1tl plus taxes.
Why I said annoyingly is that in Calis you are not charged extra if you have a pool and the water comes from.........................Uzumlu!
