The first General committee meeting of the Calis Carnival Committee will take place on Wednesday 30 September - time and venue to be announced.

Anyone who has expressed an interest in helping with the 2010 Calis Carnival Fundraising programme and the Carnival itself, please could you note this date in your diary. Everyone has a skill and new ideas to offer and we await you

If you are thinking of helping out please could you e-mail me so that we have an idea of numbers for the venue.

Has there been a Calis Carnival Calender printed for 2010 and if so when would that be available ?

There will most certainly be a Calis Carnival Calendar. We are presently getting prices and we have taken everybody's advice and on this year's design are making a bigger space for people to write in. It should hopefully be available from mid/late October so please hang on to buy your calendars

They will also make great pressies or even an alternative to a Christmas card

Will the 2010 calendar once again show typical scenes of the area? I have a great one of someone being mugged at an ATM. It isn't from Calis but it'd do a job
