any idea if you can buy castor sugar, i know that the granulated sugar is finer than in the uk, but not as fine as castor sugar. many thanks.

Put Granulated Sugar in a blender for a few seconds and you've got Castor Sugar.

Don't put castor sugar in a blender on reverse though, it won't make granulated sugar.
