Oh thanks Linda I now know what Kaymak is....bought it thinking it was cream cheese and it was very runny.  Its sour cream!!!  What a fab list and has clarified a lot of mysteries for me lol

Not sure about Kaymak being sour cream though, the stuff we buy in Bim is thick and not sour, very similar to clotted cream.

Very good food and spices list at the moment i can see one mistake could be a bit awkward asking in the butchers for it on the list the item  listed as PACA is down as brothers in fact PACA means trotters
(not rodney's)calves feet or lower foot just in case you are making pork pies you use the jelly from paca . ;)
