Has anyone taken back electricals to UK i.e oven,fridge freezer etc.If so do they work properly??? and because there is no earth wire would they be legal to use.

There may actually be an earth wire in the molded plug? if not you can always get an electrician in UK to earth the appliance and fit a new cable and plug for you.

We have things we bought from eBay that are foreign. I'm thinking iPod docks and some lamps. We just use a uk adaptor.

If you want I think a leccy would be able to put a new plug on without much trouble.
