Time deposit accounts
« on: March 22, 2013, 15:30:10 PM »
Hi,

Can you add money to an existing time deposit account or do you need to open a new one each time you make a further investment?

Thanks in advance

You can add more on the anniversary date.

Well, I can with my account.

Technically, you can add at any time, but if you do any day but the day your interest is paid you will lose the whole month's interest

In my account I'd lose the interest accrued up to the day of paying in. That day would then become my new interest day
