After all the bad reviews went with the intention of changing banks.  Have to say we have experienced no probelms, lovely Englsih speaking girl at desks, sorted all our problems out in no time, been in three times now and got served quickly and efficiently.

Jacqui

Just the same for the last 4 years.

Go in possitive and with ID and all can be sorted.

The best time is around 1.30. Not on Mondays or before bank holidays.

Pity they were not so considerate when they took money from my account without authorisation they did not refund it despite numerous personal visits and e mail's and phone calls, polite enough face to face but that does/did not sort the issue out.

UPDATE:  ING finally sorted my refund out it only took 6 months and to be truthfull I had written it off as never thought I would see it again, no idea why it suddenly was sorted but I did go to the Turkish Banking Ombudsman a couple of months back so maybe that helped?.
