CPP Refund
« on: May 15, 2014, 15:56:01 PM »
We were recently sent forms from our card protection provider to claim for refund due to misselling. It took less than 5 minutes to fill in the form and was very easy. I received a refund of £89 and Hilary has just got a cheque for £305. If you have received one of these forms and forgotten or delayed filling it in you have until August to ask for refund.

Yes me too. As you say it's easy to do and it took approximately 6 weeks in all and I was paid well over 300 pounds in full and final settlement.

I received £157 two weeks ago, I really didn't expect it would be that simple.  CPP wrote to me and I filled in a short form, no dates or details required, just basically asking me why I thought I was entitled to a refund. I answered with the obvious fact that I did not need the policy as any losses would be covered by my card provider.  Hey Presto money back Simple!!
