Looking to sell.

what estate agents give an honest valuation of a house in Çaliş?
I don't want anyone telling me it is worth a lot more than the actual value?

This is only my opinion on the house market in Turkey.

There's 2 markets ,the Turkish market and the foreign market that is under pressure with the  economic climate.

So you will have a 2 price house.

Getting the price right from the start  will help sell your house.

We put our apartment on the market with Apple Emlak in Fethiye, just past the Mulberry Tree, last November, and sold in less than a month!  Their pricing was realistic, hence the quick sale.  We could have put it on for a higher price, and left it on the market for a couple of years, but once we had made up our minds to sell, we were glad to see it go!  Our friends also sold through them just before us, again very quickly.  It depends whether you want to hold on for a "good" price, or sell at a "realistic" price.  :)
