I think Jacqui is coming in for undue stick here, looks like she saw a post on FB was concerned people don't get scammed and reposted it here. She did say it was from someone else on FB so it's for the reader to make up their own mind as to how to deal with this info.Give her a break guys

When does "information sharing" become "rumour-mongering"? Or are they the same thing from different perspectives?

I think that's for people to make their own minds up Colwyn otherwise half of the discussions on here may be invalid,we don't believe everything we read or hear these days so you need to make your own mind up.If Jacqui was stating this as fact or outing her own opinion on this pos either positive or negative I could see why it would be criticised or debated, but not by reposting something with what would appear to be a genuine motive of informing people about possible pitfalls. As it happens people have posted possible explanations, their experience of the company involved etc so instead of believing the headlines maybe they will take a more informed approach if deciding to use the company or not.

Yes - is there a reason why I shouldn't. >:(

I understood from a previous post that comments were not going to be allowed.

Hmmm ..... interesting. Jim's done a lot of work for people in the last couple of years and there haven't been any serious complaints. Just a few niggles about late deliveries that have been caused by delays at customs. There have however been some problems with a driver by the name of Steve Cargill who apparently, has ripped Jim and a number of customers off.
.This seems to be an alternative view which maybe the phrase I should have used instead of "explanations " Highlander

For those that are interested, the full story "first hand" from people involved, is on the facebook "Expats of Turkey lets help each other out" page.

Depends on whether you're a Daily Mail reader, or a Telegraph reader.  :)
