Stung by bush
« on: September 16, 2017, 16:23:06 PM »
Stupidly got "stung by a bush on an island during a boat trip.

Nothing helping some 3 hours later - ice, fenistil. Still throbbing like someone sticking needles I my knee.

Any suggestions most welcome because it's bloody sore and is not getting any better.

 :( :( : :(

Was this near the rope swing by any chance H? My niece ended up with a rash from a plant there.  I used "after bite" on it and it went - the mozzie stuff in a pen-like applicator.

I do sympathise, I had a similar incident in the food part of the Sunday Market - I was stung near the nuts.

Anyway, solutions...alcohol?

Plain yoghurt ? It relieves the pain of prickly heat and sunburn.

Is this entire sorry episode an elaborate hoax to get Highlander out of buying Brenda her splendid caviar and champagne birthday dinner? Aided and abetted by those scoundrels KKOB and Scunner.?
