yildizkapisi, that was the problem...the guy took the satellite dish out of the UK then tried to install it himself. He had no idea which way it should be pointed or how to install it....thus the phone call (from his dad in the UK to the Sky techs).... I agree with you totally....far easier to get a satellite man *grin* and much cheaper than sky, by the sounds of it!
