I found a good electrician last week ( after two others who promised to come but did not come and never called back ).
The shop is called ADC ELEKTRIK and the guy is called Veli .

He came on time and called before leaving the shop as promised. Had a look at what was to be done , told how much it would cost , we agreed , he did his job well. ( I live in Ovacık by the way ).
I am happy , I'll call him again and therefore I recommend him.
He also has solar electric devices and water clearing devices if anybody is interested.
