Title: Black Drops From Palms

There are black drops, seems like coming to our house wall from the palms in our nexdoor's garden. It causes really big dirtiness. Is there a way to stop it such as croping ?

I did see in Rhodes that they seemed to put a net over the top of the tree and tie it, at this time of year to catch everything. I hope you don't mind heights :D
