HI EVERYONE,

SORRY I HAVE HAD A FEW CHATS WITH PEOPLE BUT DIDN'T INTRODUCE MYSELF, HOW RUDE!! ANYWAY ZAKKUM VILLAS IS WERE I AM, JUST A ONE BEDROOMED APARTMENT AND COMMUNUAL POOL IS ENOUGH FOR ME, MY HUSBAND NIEL AND 5 YEAR OLD HARRY. WE LOVED IT WHEN WE FIRST SET EYES ON IT AND WE CANT WAIT TO GET BACK THERE IN APRIL. WE ARE EXPECTING THE PAPERS TO COME BACK FROM THE LAND REGISTRY ANY DAY NOW. NIEL WORKS IN HEATING SYSTEMS AND I AM A TRAVEL AGENT AND HARRY IS TRYING HIS LUCK AT SCHOOL!! THIS SITE IS FANTASTIC, MY DAD FOUND IT WHILE LOOKING AT INFO ON CALIS AS HE AND MY MUM ARE COMING OUT HERE IN APRIL TOO AND ARE EXCITED TO SEE THE SWEET LITTLE RESORT AND OUR PRIDE AND JOY..

Thanks for the welcome, your right its is a really good site, I had no idea that there was so much interest in calis, reading bits and pieces makes me feel really pleased I have bought where i have!
Our apartment.. if you have the sea to your back, go over bridge and just go straight up past a few shops and quite a few apartment and houses for about 2 mins by car, along that road is an old wooden boat in someones garden on the edge of a left hand turn. take the left and its along a gravel road and over a tiny bridge near the river, its called Zakkum Villas. A local builder by the name of Mustafa built them and I belive there is one more left! They have been built for approx 2 years so i have told. (everyone is called mustafa I have found). Where abouts are you then ?

[^] Hi Kellie, we have also bought an apartment at Zakkum Villas. We bought ours last may - I think our number is C3 - on the right at the far corner as you enter through the gate. No we havent been letting as we dont want anyone sleeping in our bed!

Continues>... sorry about before it seemed to disappear very quick...as thing do when you ve had a glass of wine! We are going in July - for most of the month , our two sons aged ( 19 + 23 will probabaly be with us for most of the time. We are very pleased with the apartment,good to hear from you, hope to meet sometime in the future.

FANTASTIC NEWS THAT YOU ARE IN THE SAME COMPLEX AS US, WE ARE C1, WE ARE WAITING FOR THE PAPERS ANY DAY NOW TO COME BACK FROM THE LAND REGISTRY. hOW LONG DID YOURS TAKE AND WAS IT ALL PLAIN SAILING WITH MUSTAFA THE BUILDER?
