Sounds like you have bought a house, is it in Calis, if so you couldn't have chosen a better place. It's so friendly I feel like it's my second home even though I haven't actually got a home there!!!
Have a great time, pity we wont be out there around the same time but you never know, we might all meet up next year. Every year when we go to Calis, whether it's early or late we meet up with people we have met over the years.
