Hi Everyone

Just to introduce ourselves, We are Paul & Andrea Bugg (hence the username)We have been visiting Turkey for 10 years and Calis for the last 5 - wouldn't go any where else.

We are coming over again 6 Spetember looking for property - we are hoping to move out permently in the next couiple of years - the sooner the better - just need to prise our first born out of the nest - the youngest went last year.

As we are foriegn property virgins any help & advice would be greatly appreciated.

Welcome to the forum.
You've picked the best Agents as far as I'm concerned and am sure you'll agree with me shortly.
Lots of information to be gained on this site just use the search facility at the top and Bobs yer Uncle.
