Hi folks -
My name is Jan and I'm planning on moving over to Turkey permanently in October of this year, along with my husband Phil.  We bought a place at Lissa Park, just outside Calis, last year.  We thought then we would wait a couple of years before moving but have discovered we just cannot wait that long!!  I wonder if there are any residents out there who can advise me on how to get an "import permit" for my dog and 2 cats...I keep hitting a brick wall here as no-one seems to have any details!  Any advice would be much appreciated.
What's the weather like there at the moment...we've had nothing but heavy rain for the last 2 days!

Welcome to the forum.

If you telephone MyTravel and ask for the cargo department tell them you want info on taking your pets to Turkey, they will give telephone numbers of 2 agents they use to do the importing of the aminals and they should guide you through everything.
