Just as an fyi; FTC are having trouble with their website.  Tried to change my flight via an existing booking and it was coming up double to what was showing on the "normal" website.

Called them, changed flight for the normal change fee.

£136 extra versus 20 min wait at 10p/m..

fyi, you should have gone via http://www.saynoto0870.com/search.php and got it cheaper still.  :D
