Looks like it's only been set-up for the USA and some of the Gulf States.
Try putting in an enquiry for Turkish Airlines from Dalaman to Heathrow. You get a choice of every airport in the USA! LOL
Don't be fooled by the first choice you get. Aberdeen Municipal Airport is in Brown County, South Dakota.
