Aeresol paint allowed in hold baggage?

Iv been on Easyjet website under the dangerous goods listing and it says aeresol cans of x amount size can go in hold baggage but I cant see whether aeresol paint is allowed, I have some paint I want to use on my bathroom ceiling to cover a water mark and want to bring it back to uk with me, I cant see anything about paint on the list but Im sure iv seen before its a prohibited item, any members know if uts ok to take in hold please? Many thanks...

"Gloss paints are often flammable and must not be carried. Aerosol paints are also forbidden".

   I buy ceiling tile and water stain blocking paint aerosols in the UK, and would imagine you could obtain them in the Fethiye area.

   They blend in far better and easier than brush on blockers.

Thanks very much for that link Keith very helpful... Thank you also Kevin I guess thats my next step see if I can get the same paint when in Turkey I shant be taking any with me now!

Buy it in a tin instead of a spray can.
